When you register with Excel in Driving for one of our packages, we will enter into a contact which will outline the classroom and behind-the-wheel services you are purchasing. The contract will contain the following, e.g. your name, address, contact information, payment method, confirmation of your scheudule, etc. The agreement will outline the following conditions:

The customer/student will agree to:

• pay the amount in full at the time of signing the contract or will have the option to pay in two installments (1) at the time of signing the contract and (2) before the first drive.
  
  
• complete the coursework and/or behind-the-wheel services within one year of signing the contract (other conditions according to State law must be met for customers under the age 16). And, customer would agree to pay any addtional charges due to increased prices after one year up a maximun of $40.
  
  
• be responsible for scheduling their classroom and/or behind-the-wheel appointments and will notify Excel in Driving 24 hours in advance for normal scheduling conflicts (execptions will be made for emergencies). And, customer would agree to a $30 charge for rescheduling without proper notice.
  
  
• follow the guidelines and instructions of Excel in Driving instructors in the classroom and/or behind-the-wheel.
  
  
• exhibit proper classroom behavior and follow all instructions provided.
  
  
• return the textbook (in good condition), a completed handbook and test scores to complete the course. Students that do not return the textbook will be assesed a $25 replacement.
  
  
• pay any processing fees for checks with insufficent funds.

For students purchasing behind-the-wheel instruction, they will agree to:

• pay the amount in full at the time of signing the contract and/or before the the first drive using either cash or credit card.
  
  
• be responsible for scheduling their behind-the-wheel appointments and will notify Excel in Driving 24 hours in advance for normal scheduling conflicts (execptions will be made for emergencies). And, customer would agree to a $30 charge for rescheduling without proper notice.
  
  
• follow the guidelines and instructions of Excel in Driving instructors behind-the-wheel.
  

Excel in Driving will agree to:

• provide state-approved 30 hours of insturction (classroom or home-study) and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel services.
  
  
• make every effort to assist students in passing the written test for their instruction license.
  
  
• be flexible in our effort to provide resonable times for both classroom and driving schedules that meet our customers needs.
  
  
• provide a safe and positive enviormnent for both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel experiences.
  
  
• provide a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
  
  
• to always act in your best interests in any dispute you may have.
  
  
• provide refunds for unused time for the following reasons, acustomer who is physically unable to complete the coursework or behind-the-wheel or any customer who is dismissed for cause.
